The Delta is a slightly larger fruit than the Valencia. It is virtually seedless and is of good quality. The Delta orange tree grows most of its fruit in the tree canopy, protecting the fruit from wind blemishes, thus resulting in a better pack-out percentage. Deltas are in production between July and August.
